Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Clipboard Jobs with your email.
2. Open Settings from the top of your job search.
3. Tap Delete account, enter the code we email you, and confirm.

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after you confirm. During that time you can sign in and choose Cancel deletion. After 30 days it can’t be undone.

Can’t sign in? Email support@heyjobbuddy.com from the address on your account and we’ll help. We may ask you to verify your identity.

What we delete

Your profile, resume, job matches, applications, and interviews, along with your sign-in.

What we keep

• A record that your account was deleted, with no personal details, for two years.
• Any text-message opt-out you sent us, so we never text that number again.

Employers and their hiring systems keep the copies of applications they already received. Backups and service-provider logs expire on their normal schedule, usually within 30–90 days. We may also retain limited information where permitted or required by law.
